You consider yourself adventurous and curious - from a complete beginner wanderer to intermediately knowledgeable about the San Juan Islands and local wildlife.
You want to focus on tuning into your senses and the natural world around you; you can comfortably undertake a moderate hike with some elevation; are comfortable ambling around on rocks at a higher elevation to gain a picturesque view; are looking to discover someplace that might be new-to-you and/or wildlife, native flora, and/or birds you may not have seen or heard before.
You’re comfortable wearing a light pack and carrying your own gear; you can also abide by “pack it in, pack it out,” protocols.
Hope to learn something new, connect deeper to this beautiful place around us, and take in the whole experience with a tight knit group of people that share the same passion for nature and the Salish Sea!
